Pricelist of services

The basic transport fee is €50/£ for parcels weighing up to 20 kg. If you choose the basic rate, one shipment may be divided into only two parts, for example into two separate parcels, boxes, etc. The price list for Northern Ireland is stated in pounds. The price list applicable to Northern Ireland is understood in pounds sterling (GBP).

Standard shipment:

To classify your parcel as a standard shipment, it must meet the following conditions:

The parcel is packed in a high-quality cardboard box or hard plastic box.
Its dimensions do not exceed 40 × 50 × 60 cm.
Its weight is up to 35 kg, so it can be safely handled by one person.
The box is properly closed and sealed with tape, and the contents inside are well secured.

Such parcels can be transported at the standard price according to our price list. Shipments handled by us are not transferred, palletised or resent by other courier services. Transport is carried out exclusively with our own vehicles and trained staff.

Any shipment that does not meet the conditions for a standard box (i.e. 40 × 50 × 60 cm, max. 35 kg), or requires special handling, packaging or transport conditions, is considered a non-standard shipment.

A shipment is considered non-standard if it:

exceeds 40 × 50 × 60 cm
has an irregular shape, which makes it difficult to place among other shipments
has significantly protruding parts (handles, legs, fittings, etc.)

For example:

travel bag, suitcase, backpack
furniture, wardrobes
household appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, etc.)

Packages that are not packed in a box are automatically considered non-standard, as they are more difficult to load and more prone to damage.

For non-standard shipments, we take into account the ratio of weight to volume, and the price is determined individually. The charge for non-standard shipments is usually €3.50 – €4.00/kg.

Any parcel weighing more than 35 kg automatically falls into the non-standard shipment category. If the weight of a parcel, box, suitcase, etc. exceeds 35 kg, a charge of €3/kg will apply to that item, regardless of the total weight of the entire shipment.

For shipments over 50 kg, assistance during loading and unloading is mandatory. The transport fee is paid by the sender to our courier at the time the shipment is handed over.

Warning: the transport of alcohol, tobacco products and medicines in parcels is strictly prohibited!
